The services we provide
We are a credit broker, not a lender.
We work with a panel of lenders and will assess your needs and circumstances before recommending a suitable product. Our service includes:
- Providing information on a range of homeowner and secured loan products
- Assessing your circumstances to match lender criteria
- Sourcing products from our lender panel
- Managing your application through to completion
- Providing ongoing support and answering your questions during the process
Products we offer
We offer secured loans, second-charge mortgages, and homeowner loan products from a comprehensive panel of lenders.
We offer products from the whole market.
A list of lenders on our panel is available on request.
How we are paid
We may charge a fee for our service. This will be clearly disclosed before you proceed with any application.
We may also receive a commission from the lender if your loan completes. The amount varies between lenders and products.
If you request it, we will tell you:
- The exact fee you will pay
- The commission we receive (amount or range)
- Whether commission influences our lender panel or product selection
Risk warnings
For secured loans:
- Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
- Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.

Our principal firm, Lendle Finance Group Ltd (FRN 737340), is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
As an Appointed Representative, CC Financial Solutions Ltd is permitted to carry out regulated credit broking and related activities under their supervision.
